Or for a bayou setting along the Interstate try Turtle Bayou in Wallisville. In the Lakes area a favorite, especially for fishermen, is scenic Twin Dykes on Lake Rayburn. For the salty air, Gilchrist and Cyrstal Beach on
Bolivar Peninsula have several campgrounds close to the surf. Or
